ORDER POLICIES
 
- 50% advance is required to process the formal wear orders and full 100% payment is required to process the Ready to Wear orders.
- Advance against any bridal/formal order is non-refundable/adjustable.
- No changes in the design/colour/measurements will be possible after 24 hours of placing the order.
- Full payment is required before the delivery of the article.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any order.
- International shipment will be charged according to the weight of the article.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

Order Cancellation
Your can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 10% of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account.

However, after this time period no refunds are offered.

Exchanges

- Products cannot be exchanged at our retail locations.
- We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty or not according to the details provided.
- No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
