We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days. Bridal Wear delivery times are resolute after reviewing your requirements and the period of delivery.
Sillhouete confirms that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate. Whilst the colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing allow, However Sillhouete do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.
You can cancel your order of ready-to-ship before the item is shipped. However orders for make-to-order outfits can be cancelled within 24 hours, for cancellation after 24 hours, advance recieved will not be returned.
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
We do not accept returns for online orders.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of ready-to-ship outfit, you may exchange it with another product. You must bring the article that needs to be exchanged to the nearest Sillhouete store within 7 days of purchase along with the original receipt after informing and approval at sillhouetestudiopk@gmail.com
On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to TCS website for local order respectively, insert you’re tracking ID and track your order. http://www.tcscouriers.com/pk/tracking/default.aspx
You can exchange of your un-wear purchase within 7 days of the order delivery by going to the nearest store, or in case of online purchase, by contacting at sillhouetestudiopk@gmail.com by showing the original invoice.
We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and if found mistake of Sillhouete team it will be exchanged, However you need to let us inform within 7 days of purchase.
